Judge Greer should be ashamed

It seems that Judge George Greer, the judge who constistantly has sided with Michael Schiavo, is being worn out by the case.

Not only that, his church has asked him to leave.

Longtime friend Mary Repper said she recently spoke with him and he judge sounds "worn out" by the case that has been on his docket for more than seven years.

"It's been going on so long and it's reached its fevered pitch," Repper said. "It's gotten so angry and so hostile, but he's still hanging in there."

Repper said Greer has taken comfort in being consistently upheld by higher courts, but his split with his church has been a blow.

"The people in that church should be ashamed of themselves, to demonize George and to ask him to leave for doing his job, for upholding the law," she said. "To me, that was the most offensive thing that has happened so far."

And that deeply saddens him. I don't feel sorry for this prick. Any grief he feels over being kicked out of his church is nothing to what the Schindler's feel for watching their daughter slowy die of thirst because of his inability to follow the United State Constitution. Also, the judges in the Federal Courts also disobeyed congress by not taking a denovum look at the case.

Section. 1.

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

Greet directly disobeyed a Congressional Subpeona, basically because he didn't feel like it.
