Someone told me to day that the milk from a Humpback Whale is 54% fat. Besides being quite tasty, there is a lot of it. A typical calf drinks about 100 pounds a day of milk. A typical cow only makes about 50 pounds when they're lucky.
I saw we start milking Whales. Whale milk is very high in fat. It would make tasty ice cram and would have enough butter fat content to make Michael Moore happy drinking straight heavy cream.
