I am listening to my Sirius radio. Channel 73, Swing Street to be exact. A song called "It's a sin to tell a lie" just came on. This guy singing it is saying that you better not break my heart, It's a sin to tell a lie.
And then he says specificially "If you break my heart, I'll break your jaw". Good Valentine's Day song eh?
Musta been 1933 it was written. Because the closest we've gotten to that lately is that Brittany Spears song "Hit me baby one more time".
Try to write a song today about breakin a girl's jaw, and even the unions song writers union won't even protect that.
