I live in the country, so this doesn't apply to me, but this pisses me off. Imageine that you live in the city, and are reuired by law to remove snow from you sidewalks. You ablige, but the city dumps snow from the road onto your sidewalk. You get a ticket.
That is what is happening in Denver.
