I would, but I don't use the postal system anymore. They keep raising rates, and the service has become terrible. They've eliminated most of the curbside mailboxes in our area. We used to have a mailbox at the end of our street. They took it away. So then we had to walk to the one a few blocks over. Then they removed that. Now we need to drive to the nearest mailbox, which is about 3/4 of a mile. I live in a typical suburban residential neighborhood on the Philadelphia border, not in a rural area. The mail typically comes not in the afternoon as one would expect, but in the early evening - if it comes at all. We have different mail carriers all the time, and rarely do I see one wearing the uniform. The worst are the mail contractors I've been seeing in more rural places. Typically you'll see someone driving their own private vehicle which has been rigged-up in some dangerous way so that they can easily deliver mail to individual curbside mailboxes. These people are disorganized, they don't look where they're driving, they don't use turn signals or flashers, and they cause traffic jams when they're sorting the mail while driving down the wrong side of the road. The one lady was dressed in sweatpants and a ripped t-shirt. How professional! No, I don't patronize the post office anymore. Thier insipirational motto seems to be nothing but a joke anymore. All my bills are paid online and anything else is done by email, fax, or delivered personally. I won't even get into how they compete unfairly with private parcel companies by using their profits to subsidize their package business. Either they need to be reorganized, or they need to be abolished. I would prefer the latter.
