Social Security Scratchoff

It just occured to me, that most of the peole who are against private accounts in Social Security saying they don't like the odds or it's too risky, are the same ones who spend their social security checks buying powerball tickets and trips to Atlantic City to gamble.

And they say the stock market is risky?

I listened to a talk by someone from AARP that opposed the accounts because (according to him) the people electing to use private accounts instead of the current system would remove enough capital that the current system would not work. He supported private accounts if they were offered in addition to a system like that of today.
*shrug*
