Well, it appears that Bush has won. He is up in Ohio, New Mexico, and Iowa as of this writing. Most votes have been counted in those states and according to the popular vote, Present Bush has received 51% of the vote.
You read right. He is a majority President.
And still the left wing machine spins.
The good news: America is a divided nation. Despite the pundit hand-wringing over this fact, it is a positive thing. Nearly-- nearly--half of the electorate rejected Bush's leadership, his agenda, his priorities, his falsehoods.
That is calling the cup half full. Nearly half can be put another way. Less than half, the minority, the losing side.
On the strong coattails of President Bush, Tom Daschle has lost his re-election bid, we have gained seats in both the House and Senate.
Despte this clear mandate the Kerry folks seem bent on sendting this game into extra quarter. It would be if the Superbowl was being won by a team 21-9, but goes into extra time based on an instant replay to see if the last second Hail Mary was successful. Too little too late.
Game over.
I can't believe either how negative they're being and what sore loosers they Kerry supporters are.
I do give kudos to Kerry for not dragging this out like Edwards and his staffers wanted.
