I hate Hollywood and all Democrats

I don't go to movies much, I don't listen to modern music much. It really pisses me off when I get a dose of their politics when I hear them play music.

If I go to an political event for that, then that's ok. But as far as getting it when I don't expect it, well that pisses me off.

The next celebrity on the "Anyone but Bush" bandwagon is Will Ferrell. He is on a website called White House West. On this site they spoof the President's campaign ads and go so far as to solicit you signing a list to to FCC to ban some of the "fraudualt ads"

Americans must be able to trust the facts in political ads. Every voter has the right to truthful advertising.  Free speech is no defense to massive, purposeful fraud.

You, the FCC, have an obligation to ensure that broadcast stations around the country do not transmit misleading, deceptive and fraudulent advertising.

We, the undersigned American citizens, demand that you require proof of fact before airing political advertisements.  Laws must change to protect our democracy.

Hah!! "Free speech is no defense to massive, purposeful fraud.". I guess Michael Moore's shit in a bucket documentary doesn't count.

By many accounts the Dems are trying to stifle free speech to try to get Kerry elected. Add to that the Democrats actively trying to disenfranchise voters by trying to get Ralph Nader removed from the ballot from key swing states like Pennsylvania.

PETITIONS placing Ralph Nader on Pennsylvania's ballot for president were filed in the nick of time in Harrisburg yesterday, only to be met by a swarm of Democratic volunteers and lawyers determined to knock him off the ballot.

Nader workers said they turned in more than 50,000 nominating signatures, far more than the 25,697 needed, but Democrats will spend the next seven days looking for legal flaws in the filing.

"We'll have at least nine terminals working at the [Philadelphia] board of elections," said veteran Democratic election lawyer Gregory Harvey yesterday, "We'll be comparing voters' signatures to those on the petitions to see how many are forged."

See what happens? The left talk about big tents, and free speech, and open discussion. But when it comes down to it you have sites like Democratic Underground that claim to be big tent, but ban you if you even remotely disagree with the radical American hating left.

You have people hijacking blogs of people who are on the right to silence them.

And even John Kerry has gotten involved, sending nastygrams to the press who ran the swiftvets ads.

What scumbags.
